Esplanade presents Voices, a Festival of Song - Seasons: The Earth in MotionAs the year draws to a close, the planet we live on has completed yet another turn around the sun. In this concert, ONE Chamber Choir brings you on a journey through the 4 seasons, focusing on the beauty of creation and our human footprint on it.
From the cold depths of winter that blossom into the fresh new hope of spring, through the boundless energy of summer to quiet of fall, join us as we pay particular attention to the plight of the planet and the juxtaposition of its destruction against a backdrop of its beauty. We hope to inspire and provoke the you into changing your view of the world and ultimately work for the planet’s good. As part of the show, we also hope to provide a sense of how the planet affects each of us in turn, through 7 different senses. Tickets are $18 each, and can be purchased from SISTIC. |
